    installing trac-lok with stock gears

Doubtful, since the process of removing the ring gear from the stock differential and re-installing it on a T-Lok will change the alignment somewhat relative to the pinion.

Mach 1 K&N Air Intake System

The C&L system doesn't use a new MAF per se, it uses a 85mm MAF housing with the stock sensors. A tune is almost a guaranteed requirement, as the C&L tends to significantly lean out the A/F ratio.

    Gears and exhaust

Chances are, with all other exhaust components being the same, a midpipe setup with a crossover (X or H) should sound better than one without. If price is no object, get an aftermarket catted midpipe. That should give you the best options for sound and still be emissions-legal.

    Gears and exhaust

Yes, it's simply two separate pipes leading to the catback that are not connected to each other via a X or H crossover pipe.

    Gears and exhaust

The 2004 V6 that I had true dual exhaust put on has a stock GT takeoff catback and a divorced dual midpipe fabricated from behind the stock cats, with no X or H crossover. If you have a midpipe fabricated in similar fashion, it's not going to cost a lot more to have the shop include a...

    Gears and exhaust

You don't "need" either an X-pipe or H-pipe. The V6 does not really benefit from a crossover connection on the midpipe because no two cylinders on the same bank (side) of the engine fire in sequence. Thus, a divorced dual midpipe, easily fabricated by a muffler shop from behind your stock...

    Mach 1 Diff. Side badges?

I don't know that most people, outside of those who own or are interested in Mustangs, would know that the running pony emblem is indicative of a V6 model.

    Mach 1 Diff. Side badges?

Yes you're correct, I went brain dead and forgot about Ford's 100-year anniversary badging. By all means go for it, but then you'll be sporting badging that is only correct for a common GT.

    Mach 1 Diff. Side badges?

I wouldn't put 40th or centennial badges on an '03, because it's not a 2004 model. I personally like having the V6-style front fender emblems on a black mach, it adds even more to the incognito look.

    I have a quick question?

To remove the headlight knob (heh-heh......heh.....heh.....heh-heh-heh........I just said "knob"......heh-heh-heh) turn it until you see the slot that runs along it, bend a stout paper clip into a hook shape, insert into said slot, and pull it toward you until it engages a small clip that...

    GT Parts on V6Quick Question!

If your GF's car is a '99-'04 model, the GT catback will bolt right up without modification. You will however need a OEM right side muffler hanger and both exhaust tip hangers, and a GT rear bumper cover would be strongly recommended.
