pretty sure any 79-93 will do for sure. just make sure you get a pedal assembly from a 5.0 car. the clutch quadrant arm on a 4cyl assembly is a lot shorter.

They are NOT the same. A quadrant made for an 8cyl will not fit on the 4cyl assembly. The only differenece is the bracket the quadrant attaches to. The 4cyl's pedal assembly attaching arm for the clutch quadrant is a lot smaller.

I just changed all my valve springs. Before I go ahead and put the covers back on, I want to double check some stuff. When a piston is at TDC and I push down on the rocker arm pushrod side, a little gap develops over the valve stem. Is this normal? Could too much clearence cause loud tapping...

Im doing a valve spring swap, and was wondering if it is possible to put the tranny in 5th, remove the spark plugs, and get two guys to rotate the rear wheels? will the motor turn relitivly easy?

yea, i have no ground strap. will do that tonight. What is causing the arc? is it static from the spinning blower?

I have a strange situation. Ever since my supercharger install, the 90* oil fitting on top of the blower has been arcing with my hood! What is causing this? static electricity?

I finished the install of a novi 1000 blower kit on my car. The instructions dont really go to deep into the by-pass valve issue. Do I need one? I know exactly what it it used for, just not sure if it is necessary. The kit makes 5-6 psi. thanks
