    battery keeps dieing Dont know why.

    I've had problems with my horn draining my battery. The horn button assembly is crap, so when I close my door, it tends to make the button fall off from time to time. If I don't fix it right away, it drains the battery.

    You're a cop, aren't you? I'll have you know, I've only received one ticket. The cops in my area are very dumb, and do some pretty shady things. My point was, that if the cop didn't witness the incident, he/she shouldn't be making asumptions about what happened.

    As far as I know, if the paint chipped down to bare metal, they didn't prepare the surface properly. Even if they didn't clear coat it, the paint shouldn't chip that easily.

    Tough call... I'd vote for #1, because I'm doing the Granada Swap on my 69 very soon, however I've done some research on this already. So I'll have to go with #3, because it'll be awhile before I get to the transmission.
