    well I am using the bassani x with magnaflows....with the off road tubes in I noticed the loss of low end torque and that it was loud. Put the bassani high flow cats back in the system and gain the torque back.....Also the magnaflows and magnapacks are straight through mufflers, this would help...

    generally it's a couple of drive cycles....from start up to complete cool down, then start up to complete cool down again. Also do around 25 miles of driving, should fix you right up.

    :stupid: I agree, though our cars have weak front ends (which I know from personal experience) they will not just crack on their own....is it possible you ran into something, or someone bumped the front? I have seen a front end of these cars be pushed sideways by the glancing blow from the side...

    easiest way to fix this, which was stated in your other thread, is to grind the edges of the cracks in a "V", drill a hole at the bottom of the crack, and weld it all shut. edit: drill a hole at the top and bottom of the crack....oops, left that out.

    Yes it will stay on and drain the battery slowly... not sure about your year car, but with my 02 if you leave the door open or some other lights on, the car will shut power to the system....this is the battery saver.

    still, some tends to get on the rubber ends. Not to mention there are places, like the metal seam, that hold the oil, only to release it at a later date in time. What I am doing just insures there is no oil contamination to the Mass Air.....but what ever trips your trigger:D

    Yes the Archive does rock, only thing I would add is if you are using a K&N, like I do, then invest a couple of dollars in a paper filter. What you do then is take the K&N out, clean and oil it, and let is sit for a couple of days to allow the oil to soak completely in or drain the excess off...

    First start by using the predator to pull the codes, see if there is another problem such as upstream O2's or possible leak. I too have a predator but still used the mil elim just for this reason, plus when I go for an inspection, pull the o/r tubes out and put the cats in, there is no code...

    I 2nd that...If you pull HEC codes it will always show 5284, but if you watch the voltage you will see that the switch is working....as far as the traction control, do you have a tune that turns it off? If so, that is the reason for those codes.
