    you should use all 302 parts with the exception of the transmission if you are putting a 4cyl tranny on a 302. a 4cyl transmission will bolt up no problem--all you need is the pilot bearing. there is NO DIFFERENCE except the size of the TIP of the imput shaft which only affects the pilot bearing...
