    cant get p/s bracket off

    For further information, you can actually grind away at the pulley from the front (not the part the belt sits in) so that those bolts are accessable from the front with a female Torx socket and 3/8" socket wrench. Just grease for thought.

    Excuse my ignorance but I haven't looked the system over very well. Why can't I just use the screws that hold the tube to the heads to plug the holes?

    +1 on the lines being different. Maybe the condenser (part in front if the radiator, incase I got the name wrong) as well. Compressor should be the same, assuming it is coming off of a 5.0 and going back onto one.
