    Thanks for the information. Would love a better picture of the body side of the mount when you get a chance. I'm assuming there is a bracket or something that you made that is welded to the frame there for extra strength? I'm looking for rear suspension ideas for my 70 with a 03 Cobra...

    Snakepilot - What spring rate are you using on the rear springs? How much power are you putting to the ground and what type of tires? Also any pictures of the underside of the car where the staggered shock mounts to the floor? Thanks

    No problem, glad I could help. I gave doing an LS1 swap a few thoughts before I decided on the 03 Cobra motor, I just couldn't quite talk myself into it. Would have been a ton cheaper and easier to do then what I'm doing. ;) Good luck with the project, sounds like it should be a fun one...

    So you are actually going to weld the crossmember on to the frame rails? Hadn't thought about doing that, but I'm sure that would ad some strength to things on the front end.

    Are you guys going to bolt the AJE K-member in with the sleeves provided with the kit, and the bolts coming down from the engine bay, or do you have something else in mind? BTW, killer build!
