Worked all day on the 7 up. Took the drivers side door panel off to get at the window motor and hit a brick wall. There's a giant steel plate with a cars and concepts sticker on it. This plate is not in any of the online how to's. I'm stumped! Can't see the window motor or the mounting bolts...

The battery light is on 99% of the time. It;s been this way for years and I'd like to fix it- any clues as to what the cause is? BTW, the car charges OK. It's a 7 Up 1990 5.0. It has the pa performance 130 amp alt. with their heavy duty wire kit.
