    I HOPE SOMEBODY CAN HELP ME, I WAS CHECKING THE TIMING ON MY CAR, WHEN I PULLED SPOUT TIMING WAS CORRECT, THEN I PUT SPOUT BACK IN AND TIMING WAS OFF....IS IT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT?

    ok guys where the timing mark supposed to be @? the balancer says 10...0....10....20....30 the middle 10????
