    How to fix play in steering wheel

    Hey all, about two months ago during the hot summer, my car got pretty hot one day... and after that I have a good amount of play/slop in my steering wheel. I'm talking like 5+ inches both ways before it "catches" and starts to turn the wheels. How can I fix this, I'm not sure where to begin.

    best place to tap canton oil pan for vortech?

    I'm surprised your canton oil pan doesn't already have a bung there... anyway... about an inch or so down, and 2-3" back from front of the pan is usually where I've put it. Just be sure to check for clearance issues before tapping it. (ie: the return hose routing, getting to oil pan bolts, etc.)

    New engine in, vibration during acceleration

    I swapped balancers, and that seems to have taken care of the bad vibrations. Now I only have some vibration at idle speeds, and it goes away once I'm into the gas some. I'm assuming now that the slight vibration is caused from my poly motor mounts. Thanks for everyone's help.

    where do I put the A/C compressor/ PS pump

    If you unbolt/unhook the AC Comp. from the entire bracket, then the idler arm is part of the bracket. You should then be okay.... Then you can rest it over in the battery tray maybe, or zip tie it up somewhere... Again, it's easiest for me just to swing the whole thing over.... never been a...

    cobra RR hood cowl GAP by back weatherstripping

    Those who have a SN95 car with a Cobra RR hood.... I put one on and I have a big gap between back of hood cowl and weatherstripping in front of windshield wipers. I was told they sell a kit, possibly taller/thicker weatherstripping to fill in the gap????? Just wondering what others'...
