    Final.... It's been about 250 miles, no CEL, so apparently the old filter was resricting air, even tho it "looked" clean...I even gained 3 MPG...this taught me a lesson....

    Well, it happened again, this time not on Mobil gas....so I put on a new air filter (system running rich), reset the computer and it's run about 50 miles with no CEL, so we'll see what happens next....

    A coincidence?.....I dunno, some feedback, please.... The '00 was running fine, low fuel light on a day before payday, so I sez."ah what the heck" and drive over to the Mobil station and drop 30 bucks of gas on the credit card...I figure I have gas and the Mobil fuel will help clean the system...
