    uninstall your alternator and bump it up some, pretty cheap and it will provide you will more power if you can find a place to do it

    I don't see why you would waste your time with it if it's your daily driver. Put that money towards the Cobra and you'll get more out of it. Theres always plenty of DSM cars at the tracks but they have their limits and theyre expensive to mod, keep it commuter!

    Pull those vc's and check the lifters and rods. I wouldnt run the engine until you check it out, snapped a push rod once and it was the demise of that engine.
