I figured i would post this here since the 5.0 guys mainly focus on 302's. I bought my 83 GT from an old friend. It's powered by a 1966 289 block with 302 heads. All the internals are new. Forged rods and pistons etc... When my friend put the motor together he must have done something wrong...

So i have this problem with the headlamps in my stang. They're fine on low beam, but when i switch them to high beams they'll work for a few seconds and then cut out entirely. Kinda sux driving down the road and then plunged into darkness. Switch them back to low beam and they'll come back on...

Hey hey. I'm currently running 2 1/2" pipes straight back from the manifolds to my three chamber flowmasters with no h-pipe or X and no cats. Custom bent tailpipes with some huge 5" tips that are like 18" long. The tips make the setup way too loud for my taste. I don't have alot of cash to spend...
