How the hell do I get to the plugs

I don't think you have to take the rails off. I think you can remove the screw in the COP that's on the plug, then move it around enough to get the plug out. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

    Exhaust Install

1.) Yes, as long as you have all the basic tools: sockets, wrenches, extensions, swivel, etc. You can search the forums here for more detailed info. There are numerous mid-pipe install threads. 2.) No, weld-in flows would not change the mid-pipe install at all.

    o2's

Even though you had the rear o2 sensors turned off, I think you still need to plug them in, even if for nothing more than filling the holes. Of course, the front ones still need to be plugged in because they should still be working.

    windshield rock chip

Yeah, you should check with your insurance. My insurance (Alfa) also pays the full cost of the repair.

    mac prochamber install

I found that the medium worked best on mine. The deep well would not go on completely straight, so it wanted to round off the nut. The medium worked perfectly, 15mm I believe.

    rear windshield rubber/weather trim

Must be a common problem. Same thing happened on my '03. Got it fixed under warranty. However, if you have no warranty left, I would second the previous post about using the clear silicone.

    Magnaflow x-pipe install

I found that a 15mm medium depth socket worked best for the passenger side bolts. With the deep well, it was on the bolt at an angle, so it wanted to round it off. The medium depth went on perfectly straight, so the nut came right off. And of course, like HoustonGT said, you'll need the...

    stock H pipe Question

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the holes for the O2 sensors are in different places on the '04. You may need some o2 extenders to make it work, but you probably already have those with the Prochamber. I'm not sure if the placement of the o2's would cause a problem with the...

    warranty for brakes only 18000?

Yeah, you're right. I took the H pipe off when I took my car in for warranty work on the transmission.

    warranty for brakes only 18000?

Not to hijack your thread, but please post what the problem was with the brake light coming on. Mine did that same thing the other morning when it was cold outside. I've still got 2k miles left on the warranty, so I might need to take it in.

    Car not starting

You might want to use a multimeter to make sure the alternator is keeping the battery charged properly too. If it is, then it's probably just the battery.

    Is my tranny messed up?

Yeah, the interval on the fluid is 30k. Mine had 32k on it and my fluid still looked good, but the transmission was bucking and shifting into OD really rough. Changed the fluid and filter and problem solved. I'd recommend that as a start.

    Is my tranny messed up?

As always, start with the cheap stuff first. Change the tranny fluid and filter to start with. How many miles are on the car? It definitely should not be taking that long to shift into drive.

02 GT with no cats! Need advise....

MIL eliminators = malfunction indicator lamp eliminators. They will keep your check engine light from coming on due to having no cats. They trick the computer into thinking that the cats are there and working properly.

    Knocking on cold startup

+2, need a filter with the drain back valve on it. I use the Motorcraft filter, but mine still knocks just a little at startup if it sits for several days without cranking it. If I crank it every day, it doesn't.

    Automatic Transmission/Driveline "clunk"

I've got a 2003 automatic that seemed to act very similar to the way you describe yours. It eventually got so bad that it shuddered really bad when shifting into and out of overdrive. I took it to the dealer and they changed the transmission fluid and that cleared the shuddering right up...

Passenger side H-pipe to manifold gasket leak

I got the non-coated one in September '05. I guess there's only 1 way to find out if it works or not...too bad it will probably be a while before I can do it. Just too busy lately.

Passenger side H-pipe to manifold gasket leak

Yeah, the one I have is not foamy. I might try it and see if it works any better than the stock one.
