    OEM windshield vs. company-specific windshield

I would use the oem since it is so close in price. Several years back, I had a 69 Mustang with a safelite/ppg windshield and it faded to a weird color after a few years. I don't know if the quality is any better, but OEM would definately be my choice.

    Need help getting keys!!

A locksmith could make a set of keys. I watched as he stuck a blank in, tried it, then filed where he could see marks. In a few minutes he had a key that was working.

HOw to go back to EFI

I had the same problem. I bought the ford streetrod wiring harness. It is like a 92 so there are some pins that don't agree with the other years wiring harness. It took several hours looking at wiring diagrams, but I finally got it all hooked up. Painless wiring also makes a 5.0 wiring...

    2000 GT tranny

We have a 00 GT with 8000 miles, and 4 88-92 fox's with t5. The 00 seems to make a whining noise in first gear like my old 4x4 with a granny gear. It shifts normally and has no rough bearing feel through the shifter. The fox cars do not do this, even with up to 160k miles. What tranny does...

Frame shops think suspension is causing lean?!?!!?

Sounds like something is bent. The differences in wheelbase dimensions from side to side are an indication. Get a tape measure and do some comparison measurements from each side of the undercarriage to the suspension components. Sometimes a plumb bob and marks on the floor will be easier. If...

The 351w swap shorty headers will let you use 302 based H-pipe or X-pipe. I used the mac swap 351 shorty headers with a stock cat H-pipe, and later a 0ffroad H-pipe

    351w in a 94

I saw that post, thanks. I did lots of searches I still have a couple of questions. How to get the 94 serpentine accessories to work on the 351. And is it the fox 351 swap pan also in the 94. I am not familiar with the differences in a sn95 and a fox body car. The swap is a buddy doing a...

    rear end interchangability questions??

You can use your axles and brakes and it will fit just fine. Just take off the back cover, remove the c clips and the axles pull out. You can take your brakes off yours before you take it out of car and not have to bleed the brakes. Just tie the backing plates and lines up out of the way...

    Best 5.0 to mod?

Gross weight is not the cars weight. It is what the car can haul with passengers and stuff in the car, including the weight of the car. My 90 coupe started at around 3100lbs, the last time I weighed it was 2935lbs.

That is if your speedometer and odometer are correct too. Many of them are just about as accurate as the fuel gauge.
