Hey guys, I just recently had richmond 4.10 gears, an 03/04 cobra differential, and 31 spline axles installed on my car. I noticed that when I drive in a high gear at a low speed, I hear a whine. Is this normal? Does anyone else notice this?

I think I seen a while back on here somewhere that you can use some sort of paper or cloth to rub out some scrapes in the outer ring of rims...I could have sworn it was on stangnet, but I could be wrong. Any help?
