Upper Control Arm CLUNK - This may be your problem!?

We've seen good results with all of those, as well as Steeda and Griggs. the key is getting a set-up matched to your car and use of it, and that's where most people go wrong and waste a lot of money on parts they either don't need or wish they didn't buy later. If you spend more than about...

I want to build a car with all GMS, MAC, and QA1 parts and see if it even makes it out of the driveway before breaking

    Cold Air Intake?

I loved reading through this thread, much like the thousands of similar threads from people who can't search before posting. It all starts with a few people offering sound recommendations and then there's those with their own two cents recommending what they bought so others buy it too. They...

how many of you running 8 rib set up? problems?

We run it on our 96 Cobra. It trashes belts. The issue is that the Vortech bracket is weak so it flexes and causes the idler to wled itself to the front cover and the belt goes bye-bye.

    Fuel Filter

You need to explain why Fram sucks???? I'd avoid running the car till it dies, it's hard on the engine. Remember, lean is BAD... Just push the valve (if you have one) and do as the link above says. When buying the tools, make sure the edge (top) of the tool where it fits into the line...

    is it worth it?

The Bullitt was probably be a late car like the 01 was as a half year model, which means Jan 08 or later. You also don't know what it'll have. Might be color and trim only. I'd mod the snot out of the GT until Ford gets "bold" and actually tels their customers what's going on.

    Idler Pulleys

I run one on our Bullitt off of an Intrepid 2.7L (99-02 or so) Saves about 6 oz of rotating weight and it's dirt cheap. On for about 20,000 miles now and smooth as Jessica Alba's butt cheeks.

Have you guys ever heard of a spark plug being blown out of a head?

I can't find the thread, but there's a class action suit against Ford for the design of the heads. There's not enough thread engagement and it's well known they blow plugs out.

    Throttle body quality

PP has hit or miss quality. Stick with Dragon for a lower cost but excellent quality throttle body or plenum. Accufab is excellent too, but higher priced.

    U/D pulleys, alternator pulley

The alternator will pull power (drag) as it needs to to charge the system regardless of its' pulley diameter. The point of the UD pulley is to prevent over revving the alt on the track, and like metioned above, keep stock belt lengths. Odds are you can still use the stocker without changing...

    JLT Intake... help?

Yeah. Spend it on lottery tickets or metamucil or something. Don't waste it on proven high quality parts like the JLT. This is why so many people are confused about what to get. Too many people post trash. You'd be hard pressed to find any other part that gives the same...

    tr3650 fluid level??

The key is the fluid more than the level. OEM fill is Mobil1, and you'll get bad cold shifting with it. Use Royal Purple Synchromax fluid and fill to the hole and it'll be fine.

    Suspension kits

that really depends on your use of the car and budget. EvM, MM, and Steeda have the best packages for handling overall.
