    dip stick question

    I have a 99 35th, and the dip stick is twisted, and it sucks. I was wondering if all the newer mustangs have this crappy dip stick. My 96 had a normal one. Has anyone changed to a different dip stick and which one?

    00 GT vs. LS1?

    I have a 99 gt with a offroad x-pipe and Flowmaster catback - my friend has a 2000 z28 (LS1) both are sticks. At the track he runs a 13.4 bone stock - compaired to my 14.0. I love Mustangs but those cars are bad right off the showroom floor; so anything less than a blower or nitrous forget about it!

    anyone use mobil1 15w50 synthetic?

    I heard about an article where someone replaced all the oil in a Caprice to Royal Purple, and gained 15rwhp (trans. oil, engine oil, and gear oil) So now I pay the extra for R.P. 5w-30. It makes me feel better anyway!

    I have a 99 gt and no owners manual; how many quarts does it hold? I've called 5 different places, including FORD, and I have heard anywhere from 5 to 7 quarts. A local oil change place (American Lube Fast) said 6, and 7 if it had the towing package----- what the hell!!! A towing pakage on a...

    remove sway bar on street safe??

    I had a 96 gt and took the sway bar off; someone told me it would reduce the weight alot---wrong, all I had then was the worst handleing mustang, and shaved off only about 10-15lbs. The gains are not worth the time it takes to remove it!!!!

    Are the bigger MAS air sensors better with an intake combo or is the factory one enough?

    I was wondering what size throttle body and MAS air sensor should I get for my 99 gt? I am ordering an intake plenum, but don't know which size to get of either. 75tb and 85mm mas air???????? :shrug:
