    how long will a timing belt last???

    My Uncle has worked at a ford garage in the 80s to mid 90s and he said they got them most commonly from 110k to 125k with busted timing belts, most he saw was 151k, and that was an older ladys car.

    Megasquirt expiriance

    I am looking into getting one of thease, and was wondering if anyone here has ever put one has had any expiriance with them. I have heard they make a big improvement to gas milage if you dont tune them up to far. Thanks for any imput:)

    Ya I would try to pull the screen off with the pan on. Ive done it with a t5 car in a junkyard to get a good screen.

    93 2.3 wont rev

    Its best to just get a new crank sensor, there kinda hard to test. But I would defanatly check your cam timing agian, ive done that before and that is exactly what happens, just wont rev up. Try gettting a new timing belt and going to Stingers site and read how to set the timing corectly...

    Oil Leak

    I had that problem it ended up being the oil pan gasket. leaked out the back by the rear main seal.

    Just a word of advice dont use just silicone, it will leak if you do. I used some widshield tar to seal it and it works great.....now:)
