About 3 years ago I lowered my 04' Mustang GT with the Eibach Prokit, 1.5" springs. I didn't bother getting the camber kit & just got the alignment & after a year or so later found out that my front inner tires were eating away fast. It's sad because the rest of the threading on the tire was...
Does anyone know of any mechanic shops, who specializes in Mustangs, where I can get gears installed, a dynotune, etc. etc. in the Bay Area all the way up to Sacramento? I tried looking in the Yellow Pages, but had no luck.
Thanks!

The x-pipe that I have was butchered in by the local muffler shop. He cut from the back of the cats all the way back to the end of the stock mufflers. Then he added the so called X-Pipe, after my cats, with the 1 chamber flows. I remember he also had to add an extension because the...
That's what I'm looking for, the deeper grumble sound. Now all I have to do is find a muffler shop that will weld it in for me if I do get an off road x or h pipe.
That's what I want to do which is change the mid-pipe. The thing is what can I change it to since Cali has a very, very strict emission law. I know o/r x or h pipes is really out of the question. So what are my options?
Is it true that you lose performance when running the 1 chambers with our GT's & a CAI (K&N)? I read somewhere that you lose your bottom end.
I tried calling a tech person at Flowmaster to ask about the 1 chambers & they told me to stay away from it. He said it was just like running straight...
I'm in the same boat as you. I'm not completely satisfied with the 1 chambers. The problem that I have is that I can't throw on an o/r x or h pipe because its a big time NO NO here in Cali. Right now I have the welded on magnaflow X after the cats. I'm thinking of swapping out the 1 chambers for...
I've been running my 1 Chamber flows for about 2500 miles already with a welded on x-pipe. I notice when I start the car from a cold position it's louder & deeper, but after a couple of seconds of idling the tone gets muffled up. Why is that??? I'm also debating if I should get a whole midpipe...
