Springs are about $200+ (depending on the manufacturer) and the installation is about $100. Full suspension? Way too many parts and options to break that down.

The tune should still be on there even if the battery has been removed. You can plug the Diablo in, and check the tune that is in your car now to be sure, but I am 99% sure that the custom tune is still in there.

I can only speak for myself, but after 50-100 miles of driving the car with no cats and the CEL light on, my car eventually learned to deal with it and the light turned off and the car ran fine. The tune I have now compensates for it, and I do feel the car running harder, but the I'm sure...

I had the same problem. Once I put my headers on, it went away. It not only improved he sound, but the rattling inside the car disappeared, too. It was shaking so much, that I would think my phone was going off in my pocket, but it was just the exhaust making it feel like it was. Very annoying.

I think only Motorcraft makes them.

+1 on the BamaChips tune. Fortunately for you, Doug writes tunes for both the SCT & Diablo tuners, so I would go that route. His tunes are great. It the Bullit CAI the same as the Ford Racing and Steeda CAI's? I'm digging the airbox that your CAI has, but I think my MAF housing looks bigger...
