    I fell your Pain! Bought mine last fall, 94 GT Black Vert with all options, 61,000 miles, bone stock (still had original exhaust and air silencer). Paid $5,400, it was an auto which I absolutely didn't want, but couldn't pass up the price!

    Blue smoke out the exhaust on cold starts, especially on colder mornings and after sitting longer periods, usually means valve seals....are you sure it is white and not blue smoke? Just a thought

    AODE slow to shift from 1-2, again

    According to the shop, it is missing second all together, but I think it still hits second, just not for very long. It won't shift at all below 3000RPMs, at WOT it shifts at closer to 5000RPMs. Other gears seem to be fine, just the 1-2 shift. thanks for the info!

    I'm considering going with the super streeter from PA instead of a rebuild. Anyone have any experience with these? Any other suggestions? I need to stay under 2 grand, so I may end up having to go with the rebuild instead of of the drop and swap like I was hoping to do. mitch
