    I just turned over 12,000 miles on mine today. No problems other than every once in a while it isn't smooth going 1 - 2, but most of the time it is. Just depends on how I shift. If I go too slow, it "catches" and isn't smooth, if I go fast it's like butter.

    I saw the location on the pipes for the O2 sensors on the "legs", that's what made me think that a tune wasn't necessary. I wonder what the A/F ratio is while running the off-road x-pipe, within a safe range? Why would the check engine light come on?
