FYI Found the Airbag code clearing plug

I just picked up a used set with module and crash sensors off ebay for $150. I tried to buy new ones but they are no londer available for my 1995 GT. Besides, new ones would not match my 14 year old car anyway. Hope that helps. Dave

    Will OBD 2 tester work for a 95 5.0?

The 95 just uses the inexpensive code scanner like you can buy at any parts store and the test port is located on the passenger side fenderwell back near the firewall. You should see the connector, it is marked test. I have no idea on the 88. Dave

    Bassani X Pipe

Yeah, I have the Mac (o/r) h on it now. I know both it and the Mac Prochamber both have a place for the air tube. Since the Mac unequal shorties I just replaced are direct replacements for the stock ones and they sealed to the Mac (o/r) h you'd think the FRPP ceramic unequal shorties would...

    Bassani X Pipe

Anyone here have the stainless steel Bassani offroad X pipe? I need to know if it has the place for the EGR pipe to hook to. I got my new FMS ceramic shortys on yesterday in under 4 hours but my Mac offroad h pipe leaks at the collectors. Hopefully the Bassani will cure that problem. Thanks...

    NO SPARK - Help Please

I had the same problem. The pile of metal dust and parts in the bittom of my distributor gave away the problem. It must have been going bad a long time because the new billet MSD made it feel like a whole new car. Dave

    Best Headers

Ok, I have narrowed it down to the FMS or Bassani. Either way I am going with coated shorty's. Both are about the same price. Does anyone here use either of these brands and can tell me the pros and cons of each? The Bassani's are equal length and I kinda worry that they may burn a hose or wire...

Are you trying to look through the little circle? I think the actual pointer is the straight line above the circle. Someone please correct me is I am wrong. Dave

I am from the old muscle car age (70's) and every car I had back then all had long tube headers (Mostly Hookers) and every one of them had problems with speedbumps and the such. This car, aside from a Formula 400 Firebird I had sits lower than all those. I'd hate to go back to the days of...

Ok, it is time to replace my rusted HTS coated Mac shortys. They lasted 6 years but now a gasket is blowed and they look like crap. I want peoples opinion on what to replace them with. I thought about Bassani ceramic coated or maybe just the Mac ceramic coated. I want something that lasts, is...

    header leak question

One of Mac's main selling points is just what you mentioned. Mac don't use a full flange and should have less of the problem you mentioned. It took mine 6 years to start leaking with the paper gaskets and bolts Mac supplied. Due to the crappy HTS coating looking bad now, I am looking for a...

If Paxton still makes them, don't buy one. Mine developed a leak and nearly caused a fire. Dave

    95 mustang computer swap (pro-m)

Wow, new goodies for the 94 and 95 Stang since I been away. And I thought with all the advances in the modular engine we got left out. Anyway, it is good to be back.
