    Need a little electrical help!

No, it is just fuse number 9. Its a 15 amp for the brake pressure switch, brake on/off switch, and turn signals. I replaced everything I can think of. All the wiring is factory, not cutting or splicing anywhere.

    Piston to Valve clearance question

As long as the lift is not ovr .550 With a stage one cam, you should have no problems. And the Roush heads use the stock valve locations.

    Piston to Valve clearance question

He wants everything to be matched. He kinda just threw everything together on a budget. The heads are not matched for the intake, he wants to sell the Roush heads, and get the twisted wedge. They are cut for the Roush heads.

He already has that setup but has roush heads with 2.02 valves and 1.6's. The pistons are Hyperutectic with dual valve reliefs, so yes, the pistons are already going to be cut.

Mass Air with check engine light?

I did the mass air conversion the other week and was just messing around with it, so I unplugged the meter and drove it about 10 miles, and it ran fine. Kind of confused me a little bit. The check engine light is on but they are the 91 and 47 codes I think, They are the smog pump codes. I was...

I thougt .98 was the best? Try messing with the idle screw underneath the TB, that may make it a little easier.

massive tick/click from car when under moderate or heavy acceleration.

On your distributor there is a half inch bolt with a clip holding the distributor in place. Loosen the bolt and turn it to the left. It would be better if you have a timing light, and back it off about 2 degrees, tighten the bolt. Make sure you pull the PIP plug (on the wiring harness coming off...

Quick question on 5 lug conversion

I know that I need the 94-95 spindles, but I have a quick question. Is it all I need is the spindles or do I need the brake calipers too? Are the brake lines the same? And does it matter if the spindles are off of a car with ABS? Thanks in advance.

massive tick/click from car when under moderate or heavy acceleration.

Could be header leak, but I am thinking more along the lines of detonation. What gas are you running, what are your mods? Timing has a lot to do with it too. Back your timing off about two degrees, I have a feeling that will fix your porblem.

    mass air problem

I believe one runs the the PCV valve, and the other goes to the MAP sensor. I could be wrong though. Take the vaccume line off of the back of the intake and plug it with a screw. This would explain our problem, mine did the same thing since I forgot to plug the line. Hope this helps.

    Timing problems, need some help

Did the mass air conversion last week, and I know that I did everything right, I triple checked all my connections and stuff. Anyway, still was idling a little rough, so I checked my timing with the PIP plug in and the timing was jumping around all over the place, anywhere from 0 all the way up...
