    There is a Bergey Chevy used car lot a few miles from where I live. (NW of Phila). They have an 05 GT hardtop. IIRC, it has about 1500 miles on it. They want almost 35K. And, none of the dealers around me have GTs. And aboit half of those are verts.

    Wow. There is a Ford dealer who has a 97 about a mile from me. Thing is he has it listed for $8999, started at $10,999. Not bad, except for the 102k miles on it.

    A convertable is easier to break into. Sooner or later they will leak. If you drive under a shower of sparks, like I once did,(couldn't help it.), you can get burn holes. But I love them. Driving down the road with the top down is priceless.

    Oh, I don't know the laws in your area, but out here paying the ticket is an admission of guilt. If it is out there, you got nothing to lose by fighting it.

    Some people want Machs, some want Cobras. Who really cares. It's still a Stang. And you can find an auto Mach. I don't think, and this is a guess on my part, that you can get an auto Cobra. If you have a screwed up right hand like I do, that is important.

    There is absolutely nothing wrong with getting a V6. To the guy who said lack of a base model killed the FBody, they did have base models. The 3.8V6. I own one. I like it. Insurance is cheaper, gas milage is better, not much, but when you consider the price of 87 vs 91...... $1.64 vs $1.84...
