    Paxton vs. Vortech...

I agree with Subzero. My tuner recommended not to exceed 475 rwhp on a stock bottom end.

    Vortech Supercharger

I would assume you are having it installed for you so expect around 1200-1500 bucks labor and the kit is 4000-4800 as far as precharger I mean a air to water precharger (Nice system BTW)

    Vortech Supercharger

Oh and just enjoy the HP when you complete the install. A good set of gauges would be recomended as well I would go with a Wide band AF Ratio for starters and a Fuel pressure to follow it up

    Anyone replace there Throttle bodies

I went with Granatelli's Piece and the workmanship is awesome. be aware there is some adjustablilty with their Throttle Body. and definately a 10+ RWHP gain with it. It costs 350 bucks which is not as expensive as BBK's part and definately as Good

Vaff, I currently have the Vortech w/Precharger installed and all stock bottom end on my 05 without drivablity issues whatsoever. so my opinion is go with it and have a reputable tuner do the tune mild for ya
