One, your comparing a $60k Vette with a $25k Mustang, which does very well for a under $30k car! Plus the Stang weigh more and has less HP....no comparison what so ever!!!! So :Zip2: Two, Why are you even brining up a Vette on a Stang forum???:shrug: 'C', your probably one of those guys...

No the '04 will not fit. I just put '06 Explorer's in mine. My wife was complaining that her head hit the stock one's to much. There are some GM's that will.

Thanks everyone....I just placed an order for the Webelectric....Looks like there was a wiring change for '06 J2 and they are the only ones with the correct wireharness.

:bang: Well I've had my '06 VB GT now for 5 days, I LOVE IT! I waived any prep on it so I received it as delivered with all plastic and stickers on it. I finally had time yesterday, plus it was a heat wave 40 deg in Mich, to wash her when I noticed some marks on the pass window. They are deep...

2006 GT 5-spd w/ 18's - Ordered June 4, still C/U. Dearler told me it the 5-spd 18" combo is why it's taking so long. I've been #1 on his list to get the next GT for the last couple of months.

I think I've got the record for the longest wait....order placed June 9 2005....still C/U as of 1/4. Dealer keeps telling me soon! I work for Ford and can't get it any sooner.

Ordered mine June 3, still CU from the robot lady. Dealer is telling me end of December for delivery. GT, 5spd, Vista, Lt gray interior, 18" fanblades, Shaker 1000, IUP

I can vouch for that. Insurance on a '05 GT was $400 less than a '04 GT. They said it had a different code for the '05 which made it cheaper.
