The 67 fastback on the background belong to another customer and was finished as a GT500(custom) clone. I think that the engine on this one is a small block 427 stroker.
The track width is about 2 inch wider. So stock mustang wheel fitment will be a problem. However the 94 and up Mustang wheels will fit perfectly, they have the similar PCD(114.3) and backspace as Toyota.

The main reason for this 2JZ swap is a budget.
Ford V8 part and drivetrain is very hard to find or very expensive here.
You can buy 2JZ engine + drivetrain and suspension for less than T5 transmission would cost.

The paint was strip to metal, prime, wet sanding and buff. The rust was minor, only a few at lower section of both rear quarter panel and passenger door.
Someone said that a good paint job will cost at least $5000. I think that was a bit high.
