    SVO PARTS

$260 a piece??? I believe it's a pair....I want to say I paid somewhere around $260 for a set (both sides) including installed lugs. I'll have to find my receipt now...... Oh...and if you're suggesting SVO or Lincoln Mark VII owners can get stock axles though Ford....I'd like to see that. I...

    SVO PARTS

I had a set in a couple days......IMO $260 ain't bad when you consider what you're getting for the $$$. New axles w/ 0 miles....you know the history. Sure, you can take a chance on a set of j/y axles, but you never know what you're getting....and consider the likelihood of finding SVO length...

    T-top 86 SVO?

Not factory installed....they did not roll down the Ford Assembly Line that way.....All T-Tops and Verts (at that time) were farmed outside of Ford's plant.....factory installed is a little misleading.

    T-top 86 SVO?

There were/are some SVOs that have T-Tops. There are very few, but the ones that exist were most likely done by Cars & Concepts near Dearborn. Rumor has it that the ones done were for Ford Execs. This was not an option available to the general public. It is possible though that a dealer may...

    instrument guages

    1) The back of the switches should be held in by a "push" style connector. Try using a small flat bladed screwdriver to press in these tabs and the switch should pull straight out. 2) Check your connection. Most folks hook them up at the O2 sensor, not the ECU.

i bought an 86 svo also- pics inside

Won't find any new ones...and if you do you'll pay big $$$ for it. You can fab your own upper bi-wing support too. Also, Lee Clary over at E&G Classics (http://www.egclassic.com) has rebuilt the wings in the past. If you want to re-do the leather too- that's the guy you need to talk to as well...

my stang all cleaned up and some Qs

You won't be able to fit an actual SVO hood on your car. Your only options for 87-93 is the hood you've already seen that is center. You could probably graph a hood scoop onto your current hood in the position you want, but I don't know how the lines would match up. Plus it would be pretty tough...

    Could someone educate this admin?

As quoted by someone who claims to be an Admin here on Stangnet. He goes by 92SVO_CJ when he posted these on svoca. I'm guessing its JadeFalcon here on Stangnet. Could someone please educate him? I just don't have the time. Post#1 "An SVO is the same as a 92 hatch in every way except trim...

Question about SVO front bumper cover.

All depends on the condition. They can go anywhere from less then a $1000 to $15,000 plus. I would say the average price right now is around $3500 for a decent one. But remember, at this price the car will need some work. Check out SVOCA.com under the "Cars for Sale" section. You may have...

Question about SVO front bumper cover.

I can't really tell you on the fenders, there is not A LOT of difference between the years, but there IS a difference. I know that some have had success in converting '87-'93 fenders to the SVO. You CAN NOT just go a put an SVO front bumper cover on your '87-'93 stang. You will need the...

    Sub-Frame Connector Installation

Are you sure you got the correct ones? Didn't BBK send any instructions? I would contact BBK directly; they should be able to answer any questions. It's a little difficult to give any good advice without actually being able to see where they're interfering. BTW - make sure you have them...
