    You either have to correct flywheel/clutch but it's out of balance (defective)..thus u need a new one....OR You have purchased flywheel that is not the correct balance for you application

    Exactly..the holes of the flywheel, without having it in front of me, may appear to be the same distance apart, but they actually are not. Once they are all lined up, you are done.

    You don't point the counter weight any way. When you line the holes of the flywheel up with that of the crankshaft (again only one way) that's it. Is this a stock motor?

    Now that I am thinking of it, the holes on the flywheel are evenly spaced. It's the holes on the crank that aren't. I believe there are more holes on the crankshaft than that of the flywheel..thus allowing you to only mount the flywheel one way. I assume you didn't have the problem before thus...

    You should just replace the control arm bushings. If you are going to replace the ball joints you'd be better off getting the SN95 joints, not the oem ones for your 92.

    heat will affect (lower) the current rating of both fuses and wiring ampacity. But you still will get enough current rating in a good quality 4awg to handle the load for you alternator. Or just step up to 2awg

    With a factory alternator, the black w/orange stripe power wire has a fusible link in it near the starter solenoid. Ask them why Ford did that and then tell me if there should be a fuse inline or not
