    Anyone know official date of 06 orders

    my dealer guy told me that Ford might start the 06 line two weeks earlier than the Aug. 8th date we have heard, I guess its just a wait and see, since no one really knows what Ford is up too. He also says approx. 109,000 05s ordered will not get built and will have to be reodered as 06s

    this nothing new for Mustangs!, my 68 Shelby belts do that, if you let it go the retractors pull it right into the lower ribbed aluminim trim panel. I had just put some NOS panels in for a show and my wife lets the belt go once and that was all it took...grrrr. thanks for the heads up on...

    the main problem with the 80's factory paints peeling was the E-coat primer was to hard, and the water-borne paint wouldnt stick to it, plus they were not clear coated back then either. the new process is much better, you should have a nice looking silver that will last years with resonable...

    Paint Question?

    go to a local aouto paint supply store for the paint, for best results use PPG basecoat and clear. the paint code is on the driver door jamb tag, lower left corner where it says EXT PNT. good luck!, that will look good!
