It's likely a bad cat. In Canada Cat's and ecm's are covered by a 7 year 130,000 km warranty. Likely a similar warranty in the states. I'd suggest you go back to the selling dealer and insist they fix it.

There's likely a problem with one of the wheel speed sensors or there harness. the wire can go open when turning. You might want to get another opinion by another tech.

The tune is not lost, but the computer has to relearn the iac, for correct idle speed and minimum idle speed, as well the fuel trim needs to be relearned.

Some of the older revisions of the predator have a glitch if you use the 87 octane tune the gear change in the tune won't take. You have to use the 93 octane tune. You can update the predator to the latest revision but then you lose the ability to turn of the post cat o2's and egr.

The hiss is the pressures in the a/c lines equalizing after you shut the car off. That's normal. The idle symptoms might be a sluggish iac. You might want to have it cleaned. It wouldn't hurt to take the battery terminals off and clean them for the window issue. Might all be normal though.
