    You push the fork towards the front of the car slightly so you can pull the cable out. I just used a pry bar with very little pressure to move it forward a tad. You will figure it out when you get under there.

    I have replaced mine twice with 764's and no issues. Put them in by hand until they stop and then I torque to 13 ft/lb with NO anti-seize. I change them each year or so...I'll probably go 2 years this time.

    low rpm driving

    Taking off in second with stock gears would be harder on the clutch and just not necessary. Take off in first and drive it. I drive around town in 4th at 50 and my gas mileage is fine. 5th on the interstate only. 5th by 40 is too low. I'm in 3rd then. That is just my opinion of 7 years...

    Clutch cable just isnt strong enough

    I installed the MM quad/firewall adjuster with their modified OEM cable after my King Cobra and no issues at all. The quad should make things smoother, not harder. Something isn't right if you are breaking the OEM cable.

    Water + Engine

    I think you are fine man. A little water through the intake shouldn't hurt. I also think some water can get past those boots pretty easily, too, but doesn't sound like you over did it around there. I don't wash my engine for reasons such as this, but you should be good.

    Driver's side doesn't have one. You are probably thinking of the flange that MAC sends with their midpipes to help seal the driver's side due to the stock header studs not being fully threaded.

    I have the RAI and I'd guess that once rolling at certain mph they will be the same. However, datalogging is too much effort for something that won't make a whole hill of beans NA. Plus, at the track you can pull the headlight for the RAI which is nice.

    I'm guessing they are not worth the money for NA car as the gains would be substantially less than the 15hp on the SC car in 5.0. I'd guess a few hp maybe. Quality looked good in the magazine, though.

    I have had those etched in spots on mine for as long as I can remember. If you're at the right angle in the right light you can see them everywhere. I have just accepted them and moved on since under normal outside conditions you don't see them. But yes, they annoy me when I do see them.

    More Detonation problems

    Well, sounds like your hypertech has you running pretty lean and/or timing too far advanced. I'd start by going back to the factory tune and see how it does. You shouldn't ping with your mods on 93 octane. Then, go from there if it still pings.
