I bought one from LRS and now that the console and old rubber are out, I'm not sure how to get the new one one. I can dremel the plastic welds and pull the ring off, then put the new rubber seal on... but does anyone have a better suggestion than using weather strip adhesive? That's about the...

Been thinking about doing this for a while, but things have been a little hectic the last few weeks with a newborn. This is Noah, he was born December 21st. He weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces and was 19" long. We think he's a little cutie, but all parents say that about their kids. lol
