    We'll Iv'e been toying with the idea of installing cams in the stang. Was wondering if anyone has any info of the power gain with cams. have been looking at the comp cams stage II since its only driven now and then. Plus i was wondering if i would have to port the heads to see a gain from them...

    used said you replaced the idler pulley's did you also check your tensioner. a belt usaully loosens on decal of the engine and maybe your tensioner is not keeping the proper tensioner and causing your noise.

    i was running the stock Goodyears ZR45's which were at the end of there life. track actually wasn't thaat bad for how cold it was at the time. but if i tried launching any harder they would have spun. so next time slicks will be needed.

    Problem starting 2002 GT

    i have the same problem with mine when i run into a store a come oout to leave its stumbles when i start but i also noticed that if you cycle the key a few times it doesnt happen. i thought ive seen a fix for it im gonna try to find it.

    yeah i deffinatly plan on gears still debating wether or not to install 4.10's or 3.73's. plus i still would like to get a nice intake setup but all in time. need to get some side jobs flowing to get more money for the stang.

    got my kit for less then $100 bucks and within an hour had them installed. its one the coolest mods i've done yet and always have people say how cool it is.

    I went to Atco raceway last Friday and pulled off a 13.6. faster then i thought it would go . Now i plan on throwing gears in it and get a set of slicks and see how much more i can get out of it. 60ft............2.041 330............5.759 1/8.............8.828 mph............80.23...

    cool just filled the form for the tri-state mustang club. Hopefully ill get some time to meet when the next one happens.
