I was wondering about how this intake affected your torque, it looks great for making good hp with those short runners, but i figure it would take away on your torque, im running a ported trickflow to match my heads myself. I would imagine my car would have made more torque with stock intake...

go with the 100 shot and dont worry about 100 octane, run premium and have a good tune, Im running the same kit on my car, i have a H/C/I swap as well, put down 426rwhp and 474rwtq on a 100 shot i actually made a lil more than the 100rwhp the jets are rated at, the 75 will leave you wanting more.

4.10s really arent that bad on the i-state with the low overdrive of 5th, mine pushes around 2500 doing 70mph

? try cleaning out ur IAC my b2300 used to do that and i would clean out the port and the iac valve and it would help it out , alot of fords do this from what i hear, its a start anyways

Anyone have any idea how much power the DSS 5.3 big bore motor makes, id like to do one with some vt stage 2 cams and heads, trick flow track heat intake, and l/ts, i havent heard much about them id be happy with 340-350rwhp seems feasable?
