    I would check out TSB #05-15-8 and see if it sounds like what you are hearing. This TSB applies to 2005 models but may have trouble shooting info you might fine valuable. Also, there is a possibility it could be the cam phasers making this noise if the noise goes away above 1200 RPM.

    Is it possible the piston is creaking on the back of the pad? Or where the calipers slide might require lubrication. You can get a type of silicone to apply to the piston/pad area to stop creaking at this spot if that is where the noise is coming from.
