    Flywheel help

A buddy has a billet Ford Racing flywheel that he says that I can have, but he can't remember if it's 28 0z or 50 oz imbalance. There aren't any numbers stamped on it. It has 5 large holes on one end of the back side, which I assume are for balancing since there are no counter weights on it...

I have a set of silver ceramic coated JBA mid length headers for '65 - '70 Mustangs with a 289 or 302. They are new but out of the box and include the collector reducers, gaskets and bolts. I bought them from Summit for $579 plus shipping. Sell for $450 shipped.

    Ford FE Dipstick

I'm just about finished assembling my tri-power 427 side-oiler to put in my '67 fastback. I'm not sure which position the FE Mustangs had the dipstick in. There is a place in the block and one in the canton oil pan. Can anyone with a factory 390 or 428 help me out?

67 Fastback body on 2005+ chassis?

It's too bad your kind of limited on wheels and tire size with the irs. I looked into it a couple of months ago when a friend offered me the one out of his '03 for $350. I thought about trying to get shorter half shafts and making up some custom control arms if it could be done, but never went...

    351C in a 67 Mustang Question

351c I ran a 351c in my 67 for about 10 years. No mods needed. The longtube headers were a real headache though. I had Hookers which at the time were the only ones available for the 2v Aussie heads. They scraped on most driveways and eventually crushed the tubes. Changing plugs is a couple of...

Help! Can a 65 fastback have factory independent rear suspension?

ABS You must be looking at the car on ebay. No early mustang came with IRS, other than a prototype. It has been added on.

    Racing-type ft valance on a ’67

Check out Cobra Automotive's R Model style apron. It is a 1 piece upper and lower that deletes the bumper. Looks awsome.

    Seats

Any of the later model Mustang seats are a nice swap. I put Mach 1 seats in my '67 as well, but do not remove the risers and put any seats directly on the floor pan. They are not strong enough. The riser can be shortened to give plenty of head room.

    questions about supercharged motor

As stated, it depends on which SC kit you use. I am running a 5.0 kit and have the 5.0 serpentine belt and a/c but no p/s. I hope you are not planning on running much boost with a stock block. Mine dynoed at 481 rwhp with 9 psi on a 302. That's about max for that block without worrying about...

Awsome deal on a new welder

I got an incredible deal on a Lincoln Electric mig welder on ebay. It's an 85 amp 115 volt Mig Pac and includes gas regulator and hose, sheild, wire and tools for $219 shipped. I just got it today and it's new in a sealed box. I just checked the listing and they have 2 left. Item # 140189436722

    '03 Mach 1 seats in a '67

They are a steal at $600 for front and rear. The car only has 9300 miles on it. I'm going to pick them up on Wed. I'm going to see if an upholstry shop can modify the rears to fit. Can I use the power tracks if i lower the pans or will they sit too tall?

    '03 Mach 1 seats in a '67

There is a wrecked '03 Mach 1 at a local wrecking yard with mint seats. As you may know the Mach 1's had different seats than the other Mustangs. They would look awsome in my '67 fastback. Does anyone know if they will fit?

    Putting Together Fuel system

As previously stated, don't skimp on the fuel pump. I'm using the Aeromotive A1000 pump and the Aeromotive boost regulated bypass regulator. It has huge -10 AN ports and -8 An return port on the regulator. I had fittings welded to my stock tank to accept the lines.

    Wash & Wax Recommendations

I've been using Zaino for the past 4 years and will never go back to any other. Easier to apply, lasts 2-3 times longer than other waxes, insane shine.

Fox master cylinder a bolt in?

Yes, it will bolt right up. The lines are on the opposite side of the M/C so you would have to fab up some new ones to the junction block. I have one on my '67, being aluminum it is lighter. I sanded mine smooth, polished it and put a chrome lid on it to detail the engine compartment.

    Fuel Tank Issue

You sure can't say they aren't being consistant with the BS. I took my '06 in two weeks ago and got the same answer. They put in 8 gallons of fuel and said that it was within specs for this vehicle. Then gave me the Ford issued bulletin saying to try a different station and to pump slower. It's...
