Before I install my longtubes, I was wondering which gasket to use, the stock original or the supplied gasket with the headers? Any other hints would also be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Hey guys/gals! I just dropped my 05 off at the dealer due to it leaking gas (from the top of the tank, running all the way down to the pass lower control arm) and CEL p0442. Anyone else have this problem??

Has anyone tried using the JBA H-pipe with any other different brand headers?? I recently bought a set of Hooker ceramic LT for cheap, but i don't want to use their brand X pipe. I also don't like the idea of hacking the stock H-pipe to fit. Anyone wanna sell their stock H-pipe??

I recently installed the Steeda Underdrive pulleys and now of course:bang: , i'm seeing some posts about them causing oil pump and/or altenator failure!!! Am i overly concerned or are these just some random cases?? Has anyone here had either of the two fail because of the UDP?

OK, i'm REALLY not trying to advertise, but i'm trying to figure out how these guys are selling JBA ceramic longtubes for around $100-150 cheaper than everyone else($699)?? Ninosport wants $879 for the same thing! Ebay isn't any cheaper. Has anyone bought anything from them before??:shrug:

After reading through countless threads about long tubes, I still don't have a definite answer about tuning. I'm wondering if a dyno tune would be necessary after putting them on? :shrug: P.S. I do have a Xcal II that i bought with my JLT cai that has a canned tune.

OK, i'm shopping for long tube headers and plan on replacing the motor mounts at the same time. My question is, which brand motor mounts did you guys buy when you put headers on your car? I was thinking about the BMR Prothane mounts.

Anyone give Hooker headers a try? They don't seem to be toooo expensive? (Not trying to advertise) I recall hearing only good things about this brand being used on older cars. Maybe the same for our cars? I found a couple different sites with them--...

Ok guys, i'm stuck. I'm getting a JLT CAI for sure, but i'm not sure if i should just buy the XCAL2 tuner and CAI kit for $600? Or, should i buy the JLT CAI and buy the XCAL2 tuner from another place? I was thinking it would be best to get it all at once, since JLT gives you two custom tunes...

I know, i know, there are way too many threads on exhaust setups, but here goes another! I found an exhaust shop that will remove my mufflers and replace with tips for cheaper than i'd spend on SLP's. I'd get to keep the old mufflers for backup. I figure it will sound the same, so why not save...
