Parts can be rated to a certain extent but its for a reason...its not that its can hold performance down up to 500hp flowing...the fact is...at a certain point the header will break.....and I would change the headers waaayy b4 i make even 400hp in my 02 stang...because its more relaible that way...

take advice to sum1 with a V6 whos making more power then most with your simple bolt ons.....get longtubes a Xpipe Cold air intake and some flowmasters or MAC mufflers the xpipe on long tubes will prolly have no cats which is allowed in your state then go for it otherwise go...

forget side exuast get an Xpipe O.R if possible...some bad ass mufflers like mine...then say F tips under the bumper or 750side exits...get MAC turn down tips rite from the outlet side off the muffler towards the middle rear off the car....that will be so loud with the noise hitting the floor...
