    Another Zaino question

    Zaino always seems to recommend washing with Dawn. You can call Sal Zaino and he will explain what he thinks you should do and why. I used Zaino when I first got my Mach, then switched to NXT, but plan on going back to Zaino in the Spring.

    Window clunk

    No. Its got something to do with stops attached to the bottom of the window. For some reason it/they come off. Passenger side is so quiet you can't hear it.

    Hood lifts

    I have them on my stock hood. Perhaps the aftermarket hood he spoke of would not accomodate rivets. They are simple to install. Just measure twice and drill once. MRT has a new style that doesn't require drilling. I believe it uses existing hardware to mount their brackets.

    Window clunk

    I have an 03 Mach1. I have had the dealer fix a clunk caused by the driver's side window when it hits the bottom of its track. They said a 'stop' came loose. Well it did it again and I hate to waste time taking it back to a dealer if the fix is simple. Anyone else ever have this problem? Thanks

    Tremec 3650 TSB results

    Had mine done when the car was about a year old or so, maybe around 4,000 miles. Also replaced the clutch quadrant and cable, and installed the MGW shifter. Shifter is great, no clutch issues, trans is still tempermental, slightly better but not perfect...and the car is babied. AARP driver...

    Washing and waxing

    I use a leaf blower to dry my car off. Thats all I use. Then I'll open doors and trunk and use a towel around the edges. I only have a few fine scratches as a result. Once the car is dry I go over it with a detail spray.
