    Thermostat Housing Exploded

    As you stated, this is not a normal problem on our 2005 Mustang GT cars... Could be that the termostat housing was tightened too much or just a manufacturer's faulty housing... Never the less, I'm glad that no one was hurt or broken down far from home... I don't think you will ever have...

    "Easy/Beginner" mods for '07 GT

    2007 GT mods The only way I have been able to solve the "droning problem" is to turn the radio UP really loud... Nothing I have tried other than that works... My car drones at about 30 MPH and again at about 60 MPH... Driving at any other speed = no droning... Dave

    3.73 gears & speed

    Gears Upgrade Question

    Changing Gears I have a 2005 GT with a Saleen Supercharger and changed my rear gear set from 3.31 stock to 3.73... Best mod for the money... No Problems and runs smooth as silk... Remember to upgrade your LCA and panhard brace too... GO FOR IT!!! Dave

    Does Size Matter I went from the stock 17" to 18" because the outer diameter of the wheel and tire is the same as stock (27.5") with 255/45/18 front and 275/40/18 rear... I did not experience any change in MPG but car had got greater handling and braking due to a bigger wheel/tire...
