The OEM ones are crazy expensive. Thee connection on the harness isnt something that ive seen before. Anyone cut that off and splice an aftermarket switch on it?

one step back... Installing my new 3 point seat belts and the drivers side qtr window broke off. Not the glass but the metal pivot point where it sticks out of the qtr panel. Half the thing is still attached to the glass and the other half still sticking out of the qtr. I looked on ebay...

Im getting a new exhaust put in my 70 fb. I was going to get magnaflows, the muffler guy says 'magnaflows are good but the new 06 mustang GT mufflers are way better' any opinions?? :shrug:

After the first engine start, the 30 minute cam break-in, I added some power steering fluid and turned the wheel a bit and I can feel the assisting but the belt starts flopping around a good bit. Is this just a tightening down job or is there something wrong??

Can someone confirm how to wire an aftermarket starter (jebco) with the solenoid on it? When I turn the key or do the solenoid/hotwire thing, the fender solenoid just clicks. nothing from the starter. Have the small red wire to the small nut and the black starter cable on the upper large nut...

Ok, I am approaching what I think is the time to start up my project 70 351c. I have some final electrical conncetions to figure out and I think Im done with the engine. Escpet for the belts. My question is, do I have to belt up the A/C idler and power steering if Im not using them right...

Hey, The progress is slow but Im working on putting the engine back in now. It was a 302/C4 combo but I have a 351C 2v now. Question is, do I need the 164 tooth flywheel or will the 157 one from the 302 work?? If the starter is the same I cant figure out what differance the no. of teeth make...
