Is there a way to fix the burnt circuit? I think I remember seeing a picture where someone had soldered a wire in there. Is this a dependable fix? What gauge of wire should be used, etc.?

You could always get a custom decal shop to make you some decals to put over top. If you gave them an image they could probably make it the right diameter to fit the center cap. Just a thought?

I had the same dents in my cowl, thanks to the hood coming up. I used a porta power to push it back out but found that even a small scissor jack worked. Sure using a jack isn't the most professional way but it did an ok job to start with. From there it took some work with a body hammer and now...

I had this same problem once, all I did was spun the piece on the column that is above the plastic trim. I think its metal and has a hole in it and for some reason the key wouldnt come out unless it was in a certain spot. I'm not sure if this makes any sense but I can post a pic if you need it.

I had the same problem, the car started and ran fine but showed no oil pressure. The machine shop had taken the plug out when cleaning the block. The only real give away was that oil was leaking out from the back of the intake.

Well on my 73 Mach 1 im running 215/65R15's on 15x7's on the front and 295/50R15's on 15x8's on the rear. I'm not sure of my backspacing but I can check it out and let you know. What size wheels are you wanting to use?
