    Mine does it too. Stock suspension with the TSB done for the popping noise and spring isolators are in. I think I'll check the end-links like GP said...surprised there's no TSB on this yet.

    Front suspension popping again after TSB installed? Eibach??

    Had the TSB done on mine and it popped before I even left the dealership. The tech swore he performed the TSB and figured the part they used was wrong or faulty. Anyway, he did it over and it's been fine since. So just because they did it once doesn't mean it's fixed. Have them do it over again...

    in the shop with trans problems

    Tech told me it was "normal". I called Ford, they told me "since the tech says it's normal, then it's normal." My opinion as a customer doesn't matter. Needless to say it still makes tons of noise and it's not fixed and this will be my last ford.
