My 01 GT put down 244 hp and 285 tq with just a CAI, Diablo chip, Flowmasters and 4.10 gears, but each car is different. We just had a stock 03 Cobra put down 401 hp.

Those are not bad numbers, my 01 Gt runs 244hp/285tq with only a Diablo chip, flowmasters and a 4.10 gear. Still have the stock air box with silencer in it, waiting for my cold air kit to show up.

I was having same problem, Ford did TSB and 2000 miles later problem was back. I installed a Fiore clutch quadrant and firewall adjustor and I have to say that 80% of the problem is gone since I can adjust the clutch now, best $80 I ever spent.

I had an 02 Gt and at 3000 miles had the tsb done, 1500 miles later problem was back. Took the car back to the dealer and they installed a new trans, 800 miles into it it started again. Car was sold, later I purchased a 01 Gt with the 3650, this car has about 50,000 on it and has the same...

Does anyone know if you can fill a 3650 from the top at the shifter mount?

yes we double checked everything, appears to be leaking from the bottom of the seal.

Need help here Just put a 4.10 gear in and the pinion seal was leaking. Put new seal in and it is still leaking, any ideas on how to correct this problem:shrug:

Don't shoot the messanger just relating what 5.0 magazine says but I too think they are reaching a little high for this number with just bolt ons.. :shrug:

According to the latest 5.0 mag using all the popular bolt ons that 300+ is very possible and that 345 is target for these bolt ons.

Thanks guys I went back to my tuner and we looked at my chip and the chip had the problem, he flashed it and tweeked it a bit and now it's dead on, at 70 i am running now about 2600 rpms. thanks for all the input.... :banana:

Hi guys i have a 01 GT 4.10 gear, just wondering at 70 miles per hr what rpm are you running. At 70 i am just above 3000 and at 50 i am at 1900 both of these speeds are in 5th gear with a 3650 trans and my mileage now sucks :shrug:
