    depending on how much the bolts are hitting, you may try to massage the oil pan with a hammer. it is no big deal to make it fit. are the bolts stock? if you can clay it first, then decide if you really need to go aftermarket pan.

    dunno.best to check push rod lenght with a checker. do it right the first time and not rush it and be pissed when it doesnt run right cause u didnt do it right. unlesss someone else has this combo and can say "yess it works" get a adj pushrod and solid lifter to do it right.
