    your problem is elsewhere, it's not the fluid, if it was a full synthetic.....maybe, but Mercon V is just semi-synthetic, so I dont sea it as an issue....

    that statement is 100% true and as stated above, you can remove the old one and put in the new hose or goto your local dealer and order just the flow restrictor and install it later

    as stated above, check to make-sure it's not the plastic nipple at the rear of the intake, I've started to sea a bunch of them fail lately.....

    I can't even recall sell an inputshaft bearing for a T-45 or a 3650 and if it is bad, which I doubt, you can prob get a new trans from D&D for just a few dollars more....what tranny fluid are you using?

    not true, ANY 4.6 that has had the intake replaced wth the updated FoMoCo intake WILL have the aluminum x-over, even Non-Pi's....I do agree that it prob is a split/cracked intake and that a PI intake swap would be a wise choice.....

    that price is for the Bullitt/Mach 1 pedal pads, stock rubber pads should only be @$8.00 each, sorry not at work so I cant post up the correct part #'s for you

    ALL 4.6 heads are aluminum, you wouldn't want them made of steel as they'd prob weigh 150lbs each:D

    to each his own, like I said I ran 12C's in mine N/A and ran 13.60's wth just bolt-on's on my 1996 GT....are you having some issues running the 12C's? oh and is this guys name Royce?

    what year is the car? in 2001 Ford went to a plastic timing chain tensioners that are C R A P...pre 2001 used a Steel tensioner thats much better and I recommend the steel ones for ALL years, vs the plastic/nylon ones which have a high faliure rate..........

    lash adjusters(lifters) and cam followers(rockers) are ALL the same from PI and Non-Pi and for that matter, most DOHC's and SOHC's

    I wouldn't mess wth it as its a saftey related item, it's also a common problem on Mustangs, so common there is a TSB on this. now the TSB kit is some Teflon tape and the kit is @$55.00 wholesale where a new shoulder belt is @$50.00 wholesale......a No-Brainer, I sell more of the shoulder belt...
