    The filler neck grommet isn't too bad and can be a major cause of gas fumes. You have to drop the tank to do at least the filler neck grommet. The leak inside of your spare tire is something to investigate as well. There is a truck floor seal that could be bad as well on the filler tube.

    I've read both ways as well. I think the auto x guys get away with a LOT more due to the speeds they enter curves etc. Road Racers tend to make a lot more power and enter corners at a much higher rate of speed which further complicates the issues addressed in the article.

    The juice isn't worth the squeeze. The ports are very close and work well. Now if you're wanting to port both the intake and exhaust runners and match the intake to that then you're in the beneficial category.

    For a stock motor a p1sc is just fine. You can do a D1 and have all the blower you'll ever want but your going to be limited by BOTH with the factory short block.

    It's likely in the tune unless the IAC isn't working correctly, which their data logs would have shown. Might want to get a second opinion there from another shop.

    Factory Exhaust Manifold To H Pipe Stud

    Take one of the nuts to a hardware store and validate. I think the m12/1.75 sounds right though. I usually just replace with a bolt, it sucks to get it up there but I've never had any luck finding a stud locally to replace it.

    The heads and cams are the same as a 96-98 cobra. You'll want an intake from a 96-98 as those are B heads.

    Procharger kits can be found cheap used. Get a good maf and injectors and bolt it on.

    Don't waste you're money and time with shorties. Long tubes will make power. For an auto run Mac as they fit best.

    4 bolt cc plates and weld in sub frames. Full length with seat braces. Rear shock tower brace along with the front strut brace. If you want to get real nasty do a rear panhard bar setup.

    Buy a maximum motor sports quadrant, cable, fire wall adjuster and try again. Stay away from any of the adjustable aftermarket cables. I've tried about all of them and trust me the MM kit is by far superior and made for the best feeling clutch I've ever used.

    Keep adjusting the cable until there is very little slack on the cable and the tob isn't pressing against the clutch fingers. What cable/quadrant setup are you running?

    375-400 depending on the dyno. You're going to need long tubes, cams, and maybe some head work to get up to 450 unless it's just a freak. That being said mine only "puts down" 410 through an auto on 10/11lbs but runs 11.45@119. So a dyno is just a tuning tool and I wouldn't put much stock...
